ALCOHOLL POISNIN. You had too much pride too get help, you whent too the doctors too have tests done but u were too scared too go back for the results. you could have still been alive now but ur liver failed in the matter of 2 days going in too the hospital :(:(.You were the most amazing grandma ever, i couldn't of asked for better, Its just too soon, you were too young too go :(, Wish i had seen you just one last time so i could say a proper goodbye, even then i wouldnt of let you go. All them great trips too the caravan and days out. you ment the world too me and you still do. Even tho your not here no more you will always have that special place in my heart and you will be there forever, all we have too do is keep ahold of them memories and never let them fade. I hope your looking down on us in the future and are proud of us. Everyones missing you proper loads. Rest in paradise grandma you deserve it. love you lots always. Julie-Ann xxxx
